Wow, one doesn’t realise the valuable health benefits and importance of fermented foods uncelebrated in our refrigerator and on our kitchen counter which we have been taking for granted all those years. Evidently through trial and error which seems to have developed into a science over the millenniums, every food of the past has a health purpose..
