House Of CHI ( 2000 – 2011)

Known for its exceptional service, hosting of exciting martial and meditative arts events, and the tranquility and peaceful ambiance of the clinic environment, the House of Chi was renowned for highly trained practitioners and teachers offering a complete health system through a diverse range of alternative and traditional activities and therapies which included: herbal remedies, Kung Fu, Karate, Aikido, Tai Chi, yoga, Pilates, massage, meditation, acupuncture, acupressure, Qi Gong, cupping therapy, reflexology, Gua Sha Body Therapy, Reiki, Cranio-Sacral Therapy, Traditional Chinese Medicine, weight loss programs, natural beauty therapies, detoxification, nutrition and lifestyle guidance.
The center attracted a loyal clientele from the wide range of nationalities living in Dubai, who looked for alternative ways to heal their bodies, balance themselves mentally and physically and help capture a sense of wholeness and well-being. The variety of conditions treated at the House of Chi included but were not limited to: depression, skin problems, stress, arthritis, migraines, digestive problems, bronchitis, menstrual problems, infertility, endometriosis, bed wetting and asthma in children, and addictions.

Every treatment was suited to fit the patient and to help them to more fully understand and acquire a healthy knowledge of their body and its needs whilst enhancing the immune system and moving into an acceptance of a conscious way of life.
When House of Chi founder Oumayma Nadar made the decision to move to Lebanon, it was a natural transition for the clinic concept to become an umbrella for the development of events and projects in the country that are founded in building awareness around the principles of holistic well-being, environmental health and conscious living.
