Not only do we drink more water in the summer months to hydrate our bodies properly, we also integrate seasonal fruits and vegetables into our diet easily in the form of liquids and raw legumes. Let’s look at some of the reasons why juicing, blending and raw foods all work to benefit the body.

Oh, did we mention how quick and easy it is to blend drinks in the morning or just before working out?
